By accessing or using intakeScribe (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including API consumers and end-user organizations.
intakeScribe provides an AI-assisted medical intake API that structures patient information collected via chat or voice into signed payloads. The Service is provided by abhix-ai and is intended for use by licensed healthcare organizations and their authorized developers.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) transmit any data you are not authorized to process; (c) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system; or (d) use the Service in any manner that could impair or overburden our infrastructure.
Fees are charged based on the plan selected at signup and usage as described on the Pricing page. Billing is handled via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL JUDGMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABHIX-AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time from the billing settings page.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
